We had an amazing stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city, near many attractions, bus stops, supermarkets and the beach. the staff was pleasant and welcoming, always ready to assist us. Our room was spacious and always clean, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. the breakfast was delicious and fulfilling, with a variety of dishes to choose from. the view from the room was stunning, with a beautiful and lively cityscape.

We did encounter a minor issue with the room key. When our room was being cleaned, we left our key at the front desk, but it was not returned promptly, causing us to worry about the security of our belongings while we were out.

The breakfast was tasty and the location was convenient being close to the casino and other attractions. The staff were friendly and the property was clean.

There was a major issue with the water supply during our stay due to street renovation works, which the hotel only informed us about after we had checked in. We were unable to use the water in the hotel, including for flushing the toilet or showering.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel in the heart of Vina del Mar. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions, buses, supermarkets, and the beach. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with large windows that filled the room with natural light. The staff, especially one particular member, greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even allowed us to have breakfast in our room, which was a lovely touch. Although there were some minor issues such as the lack of fruit options at breakfast and the room being slightly cold despite the heater, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. In fact, they were overshadowed by the hotel's charm and the exceptional service we received. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vina del Mar. it was a memorable stay that exceeded our expectations.
